A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid in full, six weeks before the start of hire.
Entry time is 2 p.m. and departure 10 a.m. However if the flat is free, entry and departure times can be changed to suit. For example on long weekends if the flat is free you may stay until early evening on the day of departure.
All linens, towels, robes etc are provided within the rental charge, as is gas and electricity. (Due to laundry charges, robes are only provided for a stay of over 4 days) The telephone may be used at normal BT rates.
The flat is non smoking.
Breakages are payable in full. Use of the property is at the hirer's own risk and no liability shall fall on the proprietor for injury to the occupants or for loss of personal property belong to the occupants.
There is one allocated parking space with the flat and there is communal visitor parking within the development.
There is a garden area overlooking the harbour which is communal to four flats.
Well-behaved pets are welcome.
We would be most grateful if you would leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
